Three Disciplines, One Standard of Precision
Horizontal directional drilling, micro-tunnelling, and sheet piling — the full trenchless toolkit, delivered by crews who run all three in-house.
Horizontal Directional Drilling
Horizontal directional drilling lets us install pipe and cable crossings beneath roads, rivers, and live infrastructure without opening a single trench. A pilot bore is steered along a pre-engineered profile, enlarged in stages, and the product pipe is pulled back through — all monitored in real time from the surface.
Micro-Tunnelling
Micro-tunnelling advances a shielded, laser-guided machine from a launch shaft to a reception shaft, jacking pipe behind it as it goes. Operators steer from a surface control cabin, holding line and grade to within millimetres — even through saturated ground or beneath live infrastructure.
Sheet Piling
Interlocking steel sheet piles are driven into the ground to form a continuous retaining wall, holding back soil and groundwater so excavation, foundation, and marine works can proceed safely. Installed by vibro, press-in, or impact methods depending on ground conditions and vibration limits.
The Case Against Digging a Trench
The same crossing, delivered two ways — and why our clients stopped choosing the first one.
A continuous open trench along the full route.
Two compact pits — the ground between is never opened.
Lane closures, diversions, and blocked frontages for weeks.
Roads, businesses, and services stay open throughout.
The entire trench line must be backfilled and resurfaced.
Limited to the pit areas — a fraction of the cost and time.
Rivers, rail, and live plant force costly reroutes.
Crossed directly, at depth, without touching what's above.
How It Works
A disciplined four-stage delivery, every time.
Survey & Assessment
Geotechnical investigation and utility mapping to de-risk the crossing before design begins.
Engineering & Method Statement
A crossing-specific design and a reviewed method statement, signed off before mobilisation.
Execution & Monitoring
Real-time steering and progress tracking, with daily reporting back to the client.
Handover & As-Built
Full as-built survey and documentation package delivered at completion.
